to any final details for you.

We will visit your home and do

a walk thrua nd give tips and advice

on how to display your home for sale.

Furniture Hire Available &

Accessory Packages (Quote required)

We have a good range of soft furnishings and

accessories, such as linen, cushions, art, & various

decorative Items. This can be added to your existing

decor to update and add both interest and some wow factor.

Stage to Sell

Report Package $320.00

This is similar to a Property Consultation,

but includes a full and extensive written

report. This report covers all rooms and

the external area of your home. Digital

photos will be taken as well as notes by the

consultant. We then discuss our

recommendations with you in detail

and answer any questions you may have.

A follow up phone call to ensure you have

noquestions or require any further assistance.
